RELEASE AGREEMENT

REGULATION COMPLIANCE
For all entries to be processed by The American Dance Competition Inc., the rules and regulations must be read, and this agreement must be completed by the school director, or the parent/legal guardian of the independent entry. Please submit this agreement with your entry forms.

I have read ALL the rules and regulations for The American Dance Competition's 2012 season. With my electronic signature, I will agree to comply with and follow all of the rules and regulations as stated. I am fully aware that any entry that has been submitted that does not fall within the criteria of the rules and regulations will be subject to point deductions or disqualification.

RELEASE AGREEMENT
The American Dance Competition, Inc, (Hereafter referred to as "ADC") may make use of, but not be limited to, print materials, audio recordings, video recordings bearing or containing participants' "name" or "likeness". Material may be edited, modified, or otherwise altered as "ADC" desires and may use "Said Material" or excerpt in any way without limitation. On behalf of the Contestant, or if 18 years of age or older, I hereby waive all rights and claims under privacy, publicity, defamation, compensation and proprietary rights law relating to "Said Material", and that ADC shall own all copyrights and related rights in and to the "Said Material" and all derivatives thereof.

I hereby forever release and discharge ADC and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and any party that is affiliated with, sponsors or organizes the Competition from liability for any and all claims for damages, suits, injuries, or loss sustained while participating in any activity to this competition. On behalf of the contestant, or if 18 years of age or older, I acknowledge that I attend this event at my own risk.
